pics dont do justic. picked it up today at premium today. seems everone i talked to had there eye on it. i dont think these pics show the polyps extended. this was right after i put it in the tank. thanks premium.

(4/2) to show polyp extention
heres a picture of an encrusting monti i picked up a few weeks ago. now very brown dispite me moving it up closer to the light. any body got a reason why? was blue at store then more purple at home(atinics prob) and now fadeing to brown

It doesnt look like the polyps are extended out on the monti which might be why it isnt purple. but you cant really tell from your picture.So im not sure.
yah its a bad pic. ill try to get another. im pretty soure that the polyps are brown.
OR give it a little while it might still be adjusting to your tank.
