Keep up with the PT, when i tore my ACL and miniscus, I found that completing all of the prescribed exercises is a must.

well, I at least know how to use it.
I live in middletown and would like to get my hands on the PAR meter if it is down this way. I would be willing to meet someone somewhere to pick it up to use it for a few days and then would be happy to pass it along. Let me know if there is a way i can get in the loop. Thanks everyone!

yep i have it. i’m gonna keep it here until next monday, as there are three or 4 people within a couple miles who are signed on to test. any other southerners, just LMK.

One of the requirements is posting of numbers and info on bulbs and fixture.
I will test vho’s staged 4 at a time a par 38 with 80* lens and the led’s at different intensities, also with 80* lenses tank is deep so we shall see what i get can’t wait. personally after this i might buy one just to have.
I will be testing 3x250 watt MH bulbs and 4x80 watt T5 HOs. I will test at various depths all around the tank.
