Was checking on the tank and noticed a p shrimp acting weird. So I kept ane eye on it and all the other ones I didn’t even know I had were flying around. Then all of a sudden the shrimp molted it was cool seeing it and happened fast then it slowly walked away well all the other shrimp were chasing it and one mated with it. I guess that’s when they do it after a molt. Anyway it was pretty cool to see.
Thats cool :: I would love to see my coral banded molt… where’s my flashlight? ::
Very neat event to watch but yes it does happen fast.
So, i’m looking at my tank…wee hours of the morning again (this time i have an excuse… couldnt sleep because of a cold…sniffle, cough) I noticed my coral banded acting strange, stretching out, and twitching a bit. I got excited, said to myself “this is what Bill and Tim were talking about” . I quickly went to grab my camera, came back a minute later…TOPS… and found 2 CBS! I missed it that quick >::: I had to stare for a minute to figure out which was the shed, and which was the shrimp!
Lol funny. They are fast and how they do it without rubbing on something
Without fail, the coolest stuff always happens during the rare occasion that my cameras more then 5 ft from the tank verdict_in
