Yup,
http://www.petco.com/Fish-Home.aspx
scroll down half way for the tank ad, while supplies last. A $ a gallon, that is.
Yup - $1 per gallon tanks or 5 for $5 freshwater fish
Yup picked up my 40 breeder and 20L for the sump for my new build ;D $60 bucks total when it would have been about $160
I need to see if they have a 40.
im pretty sure i got the last one from the petco near the christiana mall, not sure if they are ordering more. I would think they would since the sale lasts until 7/17
Well thats just great :P
Says only why supplies last. Not that big of a deal. Thanks for the heads up now I don't half to waiste a trip.

I already talked to Andy about his :P I really want a 4 footer. Still kicking around the idea of making my own but I don't need it yet.
Oh i see how it is lol hiding the already drilled tankwhy would you want a drilled tank when you can enjoy the thrill of drilling your first tank while praying it doesnt break? ;D i think i mentioned it to you already Courtney but just ask when your ready. Many of us have lots of experience drilling tanks as well as the diamond hole saws you will need.
Bill - what do you need the tank for? what size 48" tank do u want?
I want a different tank for frags the one I have is too tall.
ah
order one from GC. even with the delivery fee its still cheaper than the cost of glass locally.
I ordered a diamond bit to drill a tank 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t come in yet. PITA thing is that I ordered it from an american company and paid more for it because I didn’t want to wait for it to come from china to save a couple bucks. If I’d ordered it from China it would be here by now!
Suck Jon
Have you called them??
I ordered a set off of ebay says it will be here by the end of the week. We'll see

Don’t worry about corraline alge not growing on BRS reef saver rock. Here is few shots from my system, BRS rock shows fresh corraline growth at 4 weeks. Good lock with your build.

Thanks thats good to know, the stuff i have from Marco rocks that looks like that barely grows any coraline on it. i have had that stufff from marco in my tank for a year and it all only has a couple spots on it where as the fuji i have is completely covered.
Fugi or fiji? Fiji rock is from Fiji islands north of New Zealand, west of Tongo(where we used to get Tonga branch rock from) and south east of the Solomon Islands where Dr. Mac visited and took many of the photographs for his website. Google Fiji images and take a look. Beautiful tropical islands.
Proper chemistry levels and blue light = coralline algae.
I REALLY like the shapes of Marco rock. I used to have a 75g FOWLR that was fully scaped with just 2 massive rocks from Marco rocks. My girlfriend said it was too crowded with both rocks! I plan on buying some more soon.
Fiji and growing coralline isnt the problem, im constantly scraping off the glass and the other rocks i have are covered. It just happens that the rocks i got from Marco rocks doesnt really seem to get any coralline on it, not sure why. I also like the shapes of their rock, i just think it looks ugly compared to my other rock that has coralline on it.
How long has it been in the tank and how long did your cure it? It can take a long time to get bare dry work seeded and pioneer species of algae will come in first before coralline can get a chance to settle. At some point one of my smaller pieces of marco rock was covered, but not sure where it is any more. Here is one person who has the opposite of what you have in your tank, scroll down to the person saying, “The coraline covered piece is Marcorock out of my 180. Its 9 months old and fully covered.”
Ponies did you start a thread telling us about your tank somewhere? Perhaps time for an update?
