by the anemone but there is a attack fish over there.

Of the coral pics, pictures 1,3, and 7, lol. I’m gonna start taking out bio balls this week as I’m sure they’re fueling some nitrates for the HA.

I wouldnt take any bio balls out just yet. you haver very little Bio-rock and no sand that i can see to nitrate ore denitrate. so the algee is doing the job for yew! You still need a dee-nitrating biosystem. or do daily water changes.

Ehh??

Ken there’s about 60 (?) lbs of rock in there and the sand is around 3" w/ a few spots to 4". The one shot is of the 75 gallon which is quite bare

corals look great you guys. the regal looks very healthy and i hope it works out for you. they can be notoriously delicate at that size, but it looks like you guys got a great specimen. he should be a big fatty before you know it >LOL<

So! more pics some are real blurry I am working on getting a new fabulous camera hahaha.

wow, some of those polyps r awesome!!! and the gonipora, but i read they don’t do well i captivity. whats your thoughts??

Seems to be doing fine, I can see a little bit of growth forming on the front edge. They’ve only been stretching about an inch or so out of their base plate, but it might be because it is tucked in there a bit out of the flow. Had it for a little over a month now?

WOW! Nice collection of coral frags. and yous guys have a lot of tanks. It must be nice to have a basement you can fill up. Now all you have to do is grow some of those to mature looking large corals.

Hey Ken, et al, thanks for all the kind words! I can’t wait until everything blooms into gorgeous show pieces.

I have had my red goni for almost a year now and even with my pair of clowns hosting in it, it is doing very well. I believe the red species are much hardier than the green or brownish gonioporas (sp?) that used to be so popular.

Kinda good pic of the pokerstar
