Reef Breeders LEDs

Anybody using a reef breeders fixture? I am wanting on mine to arrive for my new reef tank. Just wanting to see it anybody has any suggestions for me.

I have some that are similar to reef breeders and are pretty nice. Ive heard good things about them on other forums but new used them personally.

Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the forum! ::thumbsup::

:Welcome)

I have read all good things about them also, I am using the cheap China LEDS myself. Let us know more about your tank and system and how you like the new LED lights. Is this your first reef tank?
Good luck with the new addition. ::thumbsup::

I run a reefbreeder photon 48 and like it a lot. Though I am a tank tinkerer so am never really satisfied.

So now I am adding a custom Build My LED tube 405nm,420nm and 450nm and try to tune my reefbreeder to more white and use the custom tube to emulate a UVL VHO Super Actinic.

I had them for around 3 years and they are great lights. The only reason why I changed them is because I became a dealer for Mitras and recived 2 of their fixtures.

Thanks for all the response. This will be my first reef tank but my goal is to do things right the first time. My tank is a 4x2x2 120 with a 40 gallon sump/ refugium Aqua c ev 240 skimmer and the reef breeders lights. My tank will be a month old on monday. As far as stock I currently have a pair of clowns and 5 chromis At the moment and a single xenia coral. With hopes to start addin some nicer corals in the near future

Looks like your off to a great start. Take your time filling it up with corals, sit back and enjoy the ride. PoM
