Reefs and corals off Delmarva Pennisula

Found this video to be very interesting and informative. It is a little long but worth watching the whole thing.

Thanks for sharing the video; my grandfather used to tell me stories of his fishing around the Lewis - Rehobeth area. He would catch boat fulls of fish in the surf or use paddle skiffs to row to the ice breakers at the mouth of the Delaware Bay. One thing the Captain in the video left out is the habitat for the juvenile fish. Offshore benthic habitat is crucial for fish stock viability. But you also need concurrent protection of the inland bays and marshes. You can’t solve the issue of increasing fish populations without also addressing the destruction of the spawning/rearing areas.
