Decided to try and rinse, in lukewarm fresh water, 2 of my DIY rocks that the flatworms seemed to be loving. (for some reason they are attracted MORE to my DIY rock then the typical Live Rock.

Freshwater kills em. The yellow water is toxin. Carbon is very important with the sock method, I made the mistake once before of not using it. Keep freshwater dips short. Another thought- Velvet nudibranch- eats flatworms. Group buy has em $9.99. Thought about getting one myself. Finally eradicated the critters from all but 1 tank. #@$^ They look cool too, and eat loads of em. Here is one I had:
