Robs 90g Tank Build - Ressurection

Quick iPhone video tank tour as of this posting.

I’ll try to get one of the sump too.

Sump

The clown looks like he is adjusting nicely! Need to get him a partner soon. ; )

You’ll be hearing from me Jason!

Tank still coming along nicely Rob.

Thanks for sharing the videos Rob ! the tank looks great… and the clown looks happy to finally be home, and it would be nice to save acquire another from Jason ::rofl::

The animals in the tank all look happy an healthy… you’re gonna be just fine, seems like all your patience and researching are paying off!

I look forward to watching it grow!

Ok, in preparation of the addition of 50-75lbs of rock, I’ve moved all existing rock into a new column in the tank. While doing so, we messed around with taking some frags off of their plugs and permanently mounting them to the new structure. Took some pics and a video! The fun continues!

No making fun of my lighting choice! The LED strip is dusk/dawn, then I pull out the fuge light during the afternoon hours. :-)###

These Acans’ are also survivors from the Moliken rock!

Smaller Ricordea is recovering from being plucked from its frag plug and glued to the rock. Hope it makes it. I REALLY seem to be a Ricordea fan, and I’d like to make a nice mixed color garden of these mushrooms.

This thing (Prisim Brain?) is almost my Pride and Joy if you look back and see the 1st pictures of this when I got it from the rock I purchased from Moliken… ← Thanks again bud!

The GSP…it has been marooned to its own island. I wanted to do the same with the Xenia, but the wife wanted it part of the new column.

Nice video and pics, tank is looking very nice!! YahoO

Tank come a long way from what it used to look like Rob. Looking good!

Its looking very nice! you didnt over load with rock, have room for the fish to swim, and are planting your ground covers now. leaving room for the acros and other tall corals in the near future. good space planning.

Thanks guys. Jumped into the office to do some surfing and snuck up on the Brain coral exposing itself, hehe.

Feed me Seymore!!! (had to use the flash, it was lights out)

The tentacles are pretty cool looking in the full sized shot, here’s a link if you want to see the detail.

dang thats good looking. Where did you get this from?

The most awesome hitch hiker ever? Seriously though, a member here (Moliken) was breaking down his tank just as I was setting mine up, and I purchased his rock. It was VERY receded when I got it from him…I almost thought it was a dead coral. (there are pictures of it earlier in this thread when I 1st got it) But yeah, totally came from a live rock purchase…the picture of the Acans’, same rock!!

it does look like a green eyed frog with purple lips… or is that just my rum??/

lol, what rum is that Ken?

I know you’re supposed to have this done BEFORE you get to this stage but hey…the “Shelf” rock structure is mostly complete, and is still standing the morning after! Its a 50/50 mix of Base rock, and DIY rock.

Castle Grey Skull? heh

Nice job, looks cool. ::thumbsup::

Looks great!! ::thumbsup::

Yea, what they said. Looks great!!! YahoO YahoO PoM

Impressive!!

Thanks guys ::thumbsup::

Rob, how did you attached the rock tower/wall? did you just lay it on top of eachother? Looks great!
