i heard there a new fish store coming to the kirkwood highway.The owners have many years in saltwater business. i cant wait for it to openi love haveing new lfs

not shore were exactly but one of the owner is going to be dougy. he owns aquaman aquarium maint company.

yea no rumor but yea i cant wait even thought we already have a few good ones and a few down right crappy ones in the state
Poor planing on his end if you ask me, great to see another fish store, but to cram another one within some 5 miles of Greenbank, Premium Aquatics, Petco, Concord pets, and a pet smart (all almost on kirkwood other than DPA) in an industry that is struggling to stay alive (location fish stores not online) sounds like bad idea to me. I would have looked into Avondale/Kennett square where there are no real LFS.
well concord pets doesnt carry live stuff last time i checked petco is nothing but crap and petsmart has freshwater but pretty much same at petco…dpa is great maybe we could have 2 good ones on kirkwood highway
If thats true thats gonna be very interesting considering he is VERY VERY good friends with Billy that owns green banks, He was helping with Bill’s store alot. So it maybe something there doing together or they have stopped being friends.
I'm curious myselfYeah, I think i remember Doug. he used to fill in at Greenbanks years ago, and before that at a christiana mall pet store, way back. A good guy.

Someone should use old fishman location in north wilmington, just about a perfect location for good fish store. And it’s on my way home from work, now I get home 1/2 early every time :

so it seems to def be true i was driving down kirkwood highway and i saw a sign up called aquarium concepts and they have tanks put up alot of tanks but it going to be very small drygoods and such.it right across from millcreek fire house
Does anyone have info about the Store like when its opening cause i went by the other nightand looks like it should be open really really soon
