Hey Guys and Gals, In case you havent noticed, Sanjay has started posting new data on LED lights on his bulb spectrum chart post Archive. Not really spectrum on the LED lights, but rather the Par and Spread of LED lights for now. Something good to know.

Check them out here, along with all the historical spectral plots of MH bulb and ballast combos . You can display them and compare several at a time on the same graph. Sanjay Joshi is the Light Man!

Looks like the clear winners on PAR with good coverage are the Orphek PR-156 (about $750 for 24"), followed by the Ecoray 112 (about $500 for 24") . Both also decently priced, $1000-$1400, when opting for 48 inches of coverage (compared to the light sabers that cost $2500 and look terrible).
