If you have an extra folding chair or two wouldn’t be a bad idea to throw them in the back of the car just incase. Not required to bring anything at all though. Wouldn’t be a bad idea at all to bring along the camera though.
Armco Aquatics is an aquarium maintenance company and does not have a retail store front. That being said there may be some frags of Montipora capricornis for sale and there are usually used tanks and equipment laying around. Biggest reason to bring $ though would be for raffles and if you would like to become a Premium Member of the DRC club.(talk with Marty at the meeting)

When we first started considering another reef club meeting the chalic were something we were planning on cutting up. However unfortunately we had some chemistry issues about a month ago and both the chalices were pretty stressed. I would like to see them start to grow again a little more before taking a saw to them.

I have some frags, but I am not sure if I am going to make the gathering. I wouldn’t be able to get there until close to 5 and it will probably be all over with then. I have several xenia frags, ora green digita, and two mini colonies of a nice tan with green polyps acro. I will probably just bring everything to the meeting on Monday. There will be some nice frags in the raffle at Monday’s meeting.

Is there an easier way to get to Armco then what mapquest is telling me? I’m only 4 miles away but there are like 20 turns… haha.

I feel your pain. I had company and family stuff going on so I couldn’t leave. I am sure it was a good time.
Monday will be fun though. We have a great raffle, good food, and good company. What more could you ask for?
So how did the event turn out? The silence is killing me.
Well, I’m officially a member!
We played with a zero edge aquarium (and I think I’m sold on them now, really a well-made tank) but Armco’s Starry Blenny stole the show for me. He’s gotta be a foot long!

yea the zero edge is really a beautiful system. a few practicality issues, like we talked about but nonetheless it would make an amazing display.
it was nice to meet a lot of you tonight. and lambo boy, i want a ride when the weather gets nice haha.
Yes, i enjoyed the afternoon too. Rich of ARMCO is a good guy and fun to hang out with. He sure goes at putting that plumbing together for the zero edge with a lot more speed and confidence than i would do.

Thank You Rich for hosting this event. I think we all enjoyed it,. Your shop is every reefers dream of Reefers Man Cave. I know, cuz i got a couple extra bedrooms full of spare tank parts too, just waiting for the next project.
