hey im a member now too woohoo!!!
yea the zero edge is really a beautiful system. a few practicality issues, like we talked about but nonetheless it would make an amazing display.
it was nice to meet a lot of you tonight. and lambo boy, i want a ride when the weather gets nice haha.[/quote]
I’m a new member as well.
Rich, thanks for hosting the meeting. I have a few projects for you.
The zero gravity tank would make a stunning display at a home or office but not practical
at all.
Frags for rides haha!!
Thanks to everyone that made it out. Was fun last night and great to see all the new faces.
For those of you who missed it this was a low key meeting which consisted of an open discussion about zero edge aquariums and basic tank plumbing. While we chatted and hanged out Rich Armandi the owner of Armco Aquatics worked to install a ZeroEdge aquarium.
Unfortunately the plumbing was not completed by the end of the night and we were unable to witness it running, but Rich and I hope to publish a video sometime in the next couple of months showing the instillation of the aquarium as well as some extra shots of the thing running.
I too would like to thank Rich once again for allowing the reef geeks to tour the shop.
Hope to see everyone at Monday’s meeting! If you plan to make it out please RSVP in this thread or don’t plan on enjoying any of the yummy food that Shawn and Ellen are planning to bring. Should be a fun event with a sweet raffle and lots of talk about the upcoming year.
It was really nice seeing some new faces. RCA, Kdino, and Lamboboy it was really nice meeting all of you. I just wanted to point out that the turnout was a little unusual for use because of the back to back meetings. I want to personally welcome all of you to our little community and hope to see you all Monday. It might be a little slow as well, but i think its an important meeting to make. Im hoping to give everyone a glimpse of whats to come this year. It will also provide an opportunity for everyone to let us know what they want from their club this year.
