Ok, so tank is just about a month old, and the snails haven’t been in the tank for a week yet, are they already laying eggs??

Heh heh, that is funny though, my ceriths did it twice when I was starting my 75 up. No other fish in there and I gave the snails a few weeks to grow up, but I never did see any little baby snails.
Huh, I was wondering if I should be investing in some small shells for them…
I was thinking, great… I already have 1 baby to take care of and put clothes on… now I gotta feed and clothe hundreds of snails??

perhaps its the time of year, my ceriths laid eggs, that day at premium aquatics, their ceriths laid eggs all over the glass as well.
Yeah, my ceriths have been making happy trails too. not sure if they go plankttonic for a while? in which case the filters get em.
Mine were about a month ago, but I had some diatoms so maybe they thought they hit the jackpot and they should start a tribe?
