+1 really nice John. Grown out and soooo much to look at.
Looking real good john
Wow - inspirational. Looks great!
Thanks.
It’s about 2yrs & 4mos now with the LED lighting and almost everything is growing out just fine. For some reason, I don’t know, my montipora corals have not done well under my lighting. I keep moving them around hoping they will bounce back.
Great! I wish i had a real tank like yours. You are taking good care of it and it really shows!
Looks great!
What type is the big gorgonian and how often do you feed it?
There are 2 different gorgs in the tank, both came from Pacific East. The bigger one is a rusty gorg, and the other gorg I split in two, is a purple, I think. And as far as feeding, I do not feed anything individually. The tank gets fed every other day with either, mysis shrimp, flakes, and nori. Twice a week I add some freeze dried cyclop-eeze.
looks great jon. where are the clammies??!!
All gone. Have decided that, although they are really beautiful to look at in the tank, I am done with them. Plus the fact that the pricing of clams has become totally ridiculous. Just another rich mans item.
yeah i just saw a supposed hybrid at divers den about1" $180

+1. They are nice and excotic. However, the nicer they are the more expensive they are. Even the small 2-4" and cheapest one I think goes for at least $60 and that’s only crocea type, don’t even ask about the maxima type.
Agreed, tank is looking SWEET!
Thanks Faralon.
Lookin’ good John!!
Thank you bnelson. One of these days I will take some time to shoot some really good pictures using a tripod and macro lens.
