Anybody have any suggestions on keeping Strawberry Shortcake acro, based on their personal experience ?

I know that Jason and Tim(dunk) have done well with this particular acro, so maybe you guys and others can give me advice on things like placement, water flow and lighting requirements.

I have it under 250w halides. And the piece I sold to Patrick is under led. I killed the first 1 I got from Tim so I pretty much started over a few months back. Med to high flow mid to high in the tank
