i bought this ORA pin cushion urchin about a month ago. between then ive gone on a week vacation to the mountains and house sat for a week and a half after this. when i came back my urchin had white dots on it. its weird because it still has the tenticals but these are around the whole body and look like eggs? i have no clue what they are! I need some help! heres some pics
They look like baby snails?
hard to tell from the pic but could be anything that it has a hold of for camouflage

No they rnt snail eggs bc they r only on the urchin but they rnt moving n look like small white balloons or something
I still see the tentacles on it too
What kind of substrate in the tank? Looks like large granular sand to me.
I have fugi pink reef sand but the sand is so much smaller than these. Does anyone know how these breed?
Mine looked just like yours and it was his tenticals they use them to smell and eat I guess at least that’s what it seemed like the contract them in and they get bigger
I guess it could be his tentacle s but i didn’t think so bc i see some of his tentacles n they are clear but maybe your right
