just bought a carpet anemone and wish i did research first. i am letting it acclimate rite now i have a spot i want to put it but not sure what is the best method. please help
Turn off all pumps. Put on a latex glove (or a bread bag). After acclimating the anemone simply pick it up and gently place it where you want it to stay. Go about your night, do what you usually do, when you check on it in the morning it will be where IT wants to be - -which in case you haven’t figured out yet - is probably NOT where you want it to be.
should i leave my sump return pump off all night ? or just fans ?
Sorry sometimes I forget the important parts. Only leave the pumps off for about 30 minutes. Just long enough to let the nem put it’s foot down a little without getting blown all over.
