wtb mounting legs for 48in odyssea fixture

well the otherday the plastic part that connects the legs to the fixture broke off was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a leg kit for it from or if i could replace the plastic piece?

Can you epoxy it back on? I know not the prefered solution, but its an option

I think I have some in the closet. I’ll check it out tonight.

With the right type of Weld-on you could possibly glue it back together if it didn’t shatter or anything. Or regular super glue might work. Worth a shot a repairing at least for a temp fix.

i dont think i would be able 2 glue it together seeing as though the black plastic piece that the screws mount on to completely brooke off unless i glued the screws straight 2 the fixture? right now my temporary fix is the quickest and easiest fix… ducktape my fixture is staying up with the duck tape but i think it would look better when people came over if it wasnt duck taped up

im 99% sure i still have mine and your more than welcome to them. when i get a chance ill go through the “fish tote” and take a look.

alright if u do still have them make sure that they have the little rectangular plastic piece that the screws screw onto i have the kit to hang them from the ceiling but my mom doesnt want that going on in her kitchen something about “OMG u will never hang anything from my kitchen ceiling your stupid tank is already taking up to much room i cant even fit my table in the center of the room it has to be pushed off to the cornor and we cant eat dinners as a family at the table” :stuck_out_tongue: i just told her 2 be quiet and enjoy the starfish and nemo :stuck_out_tongue:

Ive got all 4 legs. The have the little metal rectangle piece with the screws.

Trade you for your ceiling kit?

I can not tell you how long ive been looking for the top peices that come with that kit to mod a current kit.

Ill be around most of the weekend if you want to swing by real quick. Probably wont have time to meet you anywhere, ive got the house tore up replacing a leaky hot water heater. Just text me and lmk.
