I wanted to see if there was anything new I could do to my setup that could make a difference. So, What is the best thing you all have done to your tank that has helped with maintenance, balancing parameters, ease of mind… etc.

ATO, but get a controller if you can afford it.
going bare bottom and getting a decent skimmer… pretty much fixed my tank. I love the look of sand, but it just doesnt work for my style of reefing. ATO is awsome, but I tend to go with keepin it simple- a 10g tank with kalk water, a aqua lifter and a timer has worked for almost 10yrs for me.

yea I’m gonna have to go with ATO, but upgrading from the 90 to 180 was good to
ATO, algae scrubber, and dosing pumps.
