Took the 125 out of the wall yesterday… Probably didnt do it the best way. Minor set back today. Spent to much time at a bachelor party in Atlantic City and couldnt get down to pick up the tank today. Plus I probably didn’t have enough hands helping me. So the only progress I’ve made is I picked up the order of 7 boxes of salt which make 1,050 gallons. And of course I’ve been making ro water non stop.

So far i have a 92 gallon corner full and several 55 gallon barrels. Running out of stuff to fill and room to put it!
Major progress today!!! Went and picked up the tank today! Not setting it up right away. Gonna let the tank dry and recaulk it before filling it. And have to customize the stand so it fits through my door! This is us scooping the gravel out.
And getting it ready to go on the box truck!
This is the only thing my girl cared about the whole time… her Dori! >LOCO< I acclimated her and the mated pair of pearly jaw fish into my 125 for now.
Now im gonna go rinse gravel and organize some things…
Most excellent choice of tank and size. I can tell by your contemplative poses, you are both consumate fans of Rodin! I think he was a Reefer too? Or at least, I’m sure he would have wanted to be, had he ever seen a care free Dori cavorting about a large reef tank.

Well… got the stand in place last night! Had to cut it in half and modify it to get it through my door! Sanded it and painted it while i was at it! The tank comes in tomorrow! Gonna clean out the old seals and reseal the whole thing. Doing it the right way! Got the tank in and on the stand on Saturday! Cut out the old silicone and resealed with new silicone. Got the stainless steel trim on and hooked my ro unit.
