WOW, sorry to hear that your tank is leaking. Please give the frags from me to either Bill or Capt Ken, I cannot make it to the meeting.
Please don’t let this discourage you from getting back on track , I know how much you luv this hobby. Keep your head up A, you have too much knowledge in this hobby to let it get you down.
if you want to set the 120 back up as a temp setup till you can fix your bottom, I can wait longer if needed to pick it up. It really is just going on my porch for a few weeks or more when it comes up anyway.
aw, man, A, really sorry. wish i could help. best of luck
Thanks guys. I guess at the moment it just too up setting to try to accomplish anything. I’m not getting out of the hobby just taking a break from it for a while. I will keep what I can like equipment, rocks and sand and hopfully rebuild in the near future. Just worry about the animals in the tank. I don’t want them to die.
Time and money makes this hobby and of course I don’t have much of both. So, it must be slowed down.
A what do you have as far as fish needing homes?
Oh Boy? what part of the tank or sump was leaking this time? is the stand the problem, not quite a full, flat fit for the tanks?

The fish I have are…6-7" sailfin tang that I have since I move here 9 years ago, 3" scopas and 3" yellow tangs, 6" large maroon clown, 4-5" niger trigger, adult large engineering gobie and adult large purple sudo.
Here’s the tempory fix. Instead of water hitting the floor I had to use what I have on hand (trash bag) to get the water drip flow back into the sump and not much on the floor. To top it off this tank evaporate so much and now I ran out of my RODI water in my storage tank. My RODI unit is working over time!

I’m good Frank. The tank is yours. It’s here when ever you’re ready.

It’s the main tank Ken. I check the level and it was on the spot at the time. I’m not sure what’s going on, but some how the seal is leaking and the water is leaking down to the bottom of the original glass pane where the crack is and dripping down and around the sump below.
did it crack near or around a drilled hole? Dr. Mac had problems with his factory built 225. cracked twice and drained. they replaced it twice for him. since then, so far so good.

It was a used one, but it was OK till I drop and crack the bottom before I put it on the stand. I tried to repair and replace the glass without taking the bottom piece out, since it would have been a pain in the butt to take the tank out of the room and replace the bottom piece. To make the long story shorter the silicone seal some how must came apart some where and it leaked through the cracked glass at the bottom.

Thanks Casey. Time will tell.
I’m sorry to hear about your problem A. Meanwhile, if you want to do something with the frags I sent, why not use them in the raffle for this month’s meeting.
And that will be done Jim. Thank you for you help with me. Also, the money for the club.

I've been painting since Friday night didnt see this verdict_in
SO SORRY!!!!!
Yea, it sucks Bill. Seems like this build has been a curse from the beginning. That’s why I want to settle down and redo later.
When you do, redo, we will help you replant. You have a good touch for growing corals. I still want to see your big tank full grown someday.
