I got this nice Dolphin about 20 miles off Atlantic city one summer way back, when i kept my boat down at the shore.
nice gaffer dolphin are fun to catch they jump a lot. Oh that shark jumped too whole thing was out of the water. I usually videotape all of our fish but couldn’t on this on as I was driving the boat. But the one I caught we got some vid. of it I have some nice tuna, mako, mahi videos made to dvd It is amazing when your 50 miles offshore and the things you see. It is always an adventure out there. The life is amazing.
No kidding Tim! last time I was out at the canyons SE of OC MD when I got the tuna, a pod of dolphins were jumping at the bow of the boat and I was leaning over slapping their fins, then a pair of fighter jets were dog fighting over us right on the deck firing flare missles at each other… its always something cool out there lol.
Yeah we saw something on the radar comin fast. We were freaking out. Well it was a jet flying low doin maneuvers he broke the sound barrier too it was cool. We saw sunfish the 1000lb one. Shark jumped 100ft in front of us. And I missed the trips where they were petting dolphin, had a school 500 or more bluefins surface feeding, and a weed line 100 yards thick and miles long where they hammered fish. An overnight trip was cool the water next to the boat lights up with plankton. Flying fish. There’s so much to see out there.
Weed lines suck, have to keep checking your baits every 3 minutes, but you can catch some nice dolphin there too.
I love weed lines not just dolphin theres everything. You can hammer tuna but u gotta get your baid deep enough to catch them without a dolphin or any others smaller fish getting it

So Anna kicked my butt today and caught 10 fish! mostly small mouth, but one monster catfish!

I love tog fishing. They are so fun to catch and are alive even after hours out of the water. So they’re fresh lol that’s a good one!
