Several months ago Steph and I volunteered to bring a white board. Does the club still have a need for one? Let me know so I can clear one off and bring it.
Yes please - and a dry erase marker if you have one
just found out this afternoon that i have to work tomorrow and cant make it to the swap i had signed up as a volunteer for the 11-1 runner spot so just wanted to let everyone know i cant make it
Yes, I believe that is the idea. so that people that cant stay to the end, can still partake of a raffle of the first half. Iems should be clearly marked.
We got the room arranged and set up this evening, tomorrow morning the raffle items go out, the tables get set up with all of our DRC merchandise and we welcome all of the vendors.
At last count we have over 15 items to raffle off, some at 1pm and some at 3pm. We have some $2 raffle ticket items and some $5 raffle ticket items. We also have bonus giveaways for people buying $20 or more in raffle tickets.
We will have DRC t-shirts, towels, calendars, coolers, and drinks for sale.
My truck is packed up, my water changes done, water sitting by the door, and I’m ready to go. Good thing too as I’m getting up extra early tomorrow.
I’m really excited about this - I think it’s going to be a very successful event.
sounds like it will be a good day! I have most of my stuff ready waking up at 4 am to start baging corals. Than it time for the road trip see everyone tomorrow
Just made the final selections as far as what I’ll bring, but will decide how big of colonies of duncans and how large of anemones to bring in the morning. Now to build a light stand…
The cafeteria layout looks great, and all the print work for the raffles, and table holders names really looks professional.
And all the raffle prizes! ::drool::
I’m really looking forward to this :: I’m with you Tim… prob no sleepin here either verdict_in
Once again, a BIG thanks to Craig… He’s pulled this off pretty much entirely on his own, its really impressive for a first time… I don’t think anyone will be disappointed… Well worth a $10 admission fee… especially since i saw giftbags compliments of fosters and smith, we didnt check every bag, but all the ones we did had $20 gift certificates for fosters/smith YahoO
All volunteers that have ALREADY signed up will be waived the $10 admission fee… BUT if you want a gift bag its $10. We have a limited amount, and we to make sure one is available for everyone paying admission.
See everyone Tomorrow!
btw… good morning John (houndsbayman) you’re prob getting up right about now verdict_in

Time to remove the banner ad for this event from the rotation? Maybe move the location of the swap forum somewhere below the general forum?
I know I nag when the site gets a couple weeks behind the times. Just trying to help. ;-)
