I got the box of corals today from Craig (Zona322) that are going to be used for the raffle this month. I will post pictures a little later after I get them acclimated and in a tank under decent lighting so everyone can start salivating about whioch one they’want.
I’ll tell ya this - I am having difficulties referring to them as frags - corals is much more accurate.

What are you looking for? I was told from Terry at the Fish Bowl that you got the red gonopora from there.
Yep. I thought it was cool and never saw an encrusting goni before. I am looking for any zoas or palys that I don’t have … which are many. I would really like to have some tubs blue and some red PPE’s. I have some sunset and supermen monti frags for trading.

I have a new hard to find coral that has been growing very fast for me. I’ll bring you a frag. It has an interesting form and history. It seems very hardy too. See you there.

Houndsbayman (aka John the frag guy) has just finished building his new acrylic frag tank. He will now be teaming up with Bill to discuss not only how to keep a successful frag tank but will be including a short video on how to build one.
Which means we need to bring pop-corn to this month’s meeting - anyone know anyone that works at a movie theater?

My younger brother and I are planning on being at the meeting. It’ll be our first time at the meeting but the photography clinic/seminar/whatever issomething I am very interested in. I plan on building the acrylic camera box from Melev’s Reef (i think?) once the weather warms up this Spring and would love to start getting some pictures with better coloring.
So you’ll have 2 more paying members if things work out right. Just out of curiosity, how long are you expecting the meeting to last? My brother has some meeting at college that night and we need to make sure he can make it back for that in time.
I think we usually get done around 9, that includes staying for the frag raffle. Hope to see you there!
