Got a baby on the way so I gotta start thinning out some stuff
-ocean clear canister filter$40
-Aqua c remora skimmer (missing ring around collection cup and maxijet)$20
-30gl cube tank and stand $150 or for 200 I’ll throw in hang on over flow, return pump and sump
-old quiet one 4000 (not hh) just need ceramic shaft. Has very long chord.
Also have gas powered rc car needs a motor and some adjusting. It’s a 1/8th scale buggy, GS Storm.
Kinda flexible on price feel free to make offers.

ok. mine! casey, when can we get together? like i said, 10 mins from fishbowl i assume i can have it for the same price? where can i get the ring that’s missing? any idea of the cost on that? once i get that, it works right?
Paul, i’m pretty sure its just a big rubber o-ring. the one i had (but never used) had it, and the ring was placed on the cup to control how low or high the cup sits ( which also was the bubble height adjustment) . If its a special order $20 part, try the home depot or a pool supply store.

thurs works fine. anytime between 4:30-6:30 at fishbowl. i can also take a little time off work if afternoon or morning is better for you. seriously. i work about 15 mins from fishbowl, so that’d be no probs either. i’m pretty flexible on thurs, just not 12-1. any info/hints on the skimmer would be helpful, too. LMK

i dont know anything about it really lol. I cleaned it up and looks new. Someone here can chime in surely about how they work.
I live 5 mins from FB as well i live down at the base. Lets go for 4 on thursday.

paul, i have one of the skimmers on my 29. works well, makes some nice gunk. arr you putting it in your sump or HOB. if you plan on putting it in the sump, just put a long flexible tube from the pump to the intake tube so the pump is obviously in the water. as for the oring, my other one is missing it as well, i just keep my cup all the way down NBD

I am gonna be using it as a supplemental skimmer. investigating a more stable external sk for my system than what i have now. if i can get a different ext, i’d sell mine and just use the one i’m getting from casey for a couple days until i got a new one hooked up right.
