It should have answered your original question. We can’t finalize a date until we have a head count. If we don’t have enough people doing the GP, we can’t do it. People can’t just say, when everything is finalized, I’ll get it. We need people to finalize it.

No, your right, it is josh. I am merely trying to help, guess I’m not doing a good job. verdict_in but as far as I know, there is no target date or number of people we need. Obviously the more people the better and the sooner the better. Money issue will be left up to josh as well. Once we get how many people we have, we can set a date that works best for everyone. Hopefully josh will chime in and finalize everything, sorry for any confusion, just trying to get this going because I need a CUC badly! I’m anxious >LOL<

If i were organizing it, i would start a new thread for confirmations only. Wrap it up soon and you can collect money at the meeting.
If we get at least 4 people, we should do it. That should bring shipping to around $7.50/person.
I say we make the target order date next tuesday, 16 Dec. I have off work on that friday, and, according to Piece of the Reef’s email response to one of my questions, if we order tuesday, it gets shipped on Thurs which means I’ll get it on Fri. See below:
“Orders received by midnight EST will be shipped 2 business days afterpurchase is confirmed based on the following schedule:
• received Monday = ships Wednesday
• received Tuesday = ships Thursday
• received Wednesday = ships Monday
• received Thursday = ships Tuesday

As far as payment, I have a paypal account, that would be the easiest way for me to get the funds, but there is a 2% (if you use a debit card) or 5% (if you use a credit card) charge for using it. Checks will just take too long. Or you can just pay me at the meeting on Monday.

50 white leg crabs $16 now $20
100 cerith snails $20 now $25
50 nassarius snails $12 now $15
I know the market is changing but geez! I was going to order a lot more but everything went up! Is he giving a discount at all?

He raised the prices after we asked about a group by - figured it was a way to make an extra $100 in one order lOl (not relly sure if I’m kidding)

Not much of a response, and I couldn’t find anything on their website about group discounts. I sent her another email to clarify it for me.
Any word back from him on the group discount? $500 free shipping? That is ridiculous! Reeftopia is $100! $200 you get 10% off. Maybe we should keep our options open? I am definitely still on a GP, I need a CUC badly, but just want to make sure we get the right deal.
I agree, free shipping for $500 it nuts, but we really won’t be paying more than $40 or so for shipping total. Nassarius are $36 for 50 at reeftopia, and $13.50 for 50 at Piece Of The Reef. Their prices crush reeftopia. I’m just trying to get us the most bang for the buck, and w/ POTR, their shipping policy allows us to combine orders and pay hardly anything for shipping.
