I cracked one of the shelves while drilling holes, but no prob, they are $2 ea at Lowes 8 x 10.
Here it is all finished, it will hold 44 frags on 4 shelves.

The acrylic I already had from a previous project, but for the amount needed for this rack it shouldn’t be that expensive. The shelves are 8x10 0.0800 inch acrylic sheets from Lowes for $2 ea. .
And I had to buy a router bit to make the grooves that was $14, so it only cost me a total of $22

I tried to look through the thread but couldn’t find how large the tables are. 6’ tables? 8’ tables? Will we be working with half a table?
Jon, I believe the tables will be 8 footers and each setup gets a whole table.
The plan is to give everyone a full 8’ table, however that may change once we get in and start seting tables up, but I don’t think it will.
remember these are just folding tables. keep the tank and water weight to a minimum and try to place it over the leg stand for best strength.
I was going to bring my 120. 
Maybe if I keep the Vortech on low so the tank doesn’t rock too much with 4" waves?

quick question when you guys bring your frag tanks for the swap do you use fresh water or just pull water from the display and do the water change in the maintank?
I will do a water change the morning of and use the water change water so the croals are already acclimated to the chemistry. I don’t want the ill effects of putting 40 frags in to a tank of freshly made saltwater.
